Kangaroo Biltong - the South African-style dried meat from Australia

Now thats a mouthful!
If you've ever been to South Africa, you'll realise that dried meat is a big thing.
Whether you're watching rugby on tellie, at the football, on a road trip or just peckish - biltong is the number one snack.

South Africans and Australians are very similar. Their laid back attitudes, attachment to the great outdoors, love of barbeques.. many cross-overs. There are also some major differences. Australia has lots of kangaroos and no biltong. South Africa has no kangaroos and lots of biltong.

So (a small lightbulb pops), why not make Kangaroo biltong in Australia! If they don't like it.. ship it to South Africa - they'll love it :)
